At Leon W. Lewis MD, PC, we seek to provide the highest level of care through our highly skilled health care professionals and state-of-the-art technologies. Our medical team is dedicated to comprehensive healthcare for women. We provide services for women through life’s transitions, from teens through the menopause and beyond.
With years of experience, the physician Leon W. Lewis MD, PC, demonstrates professionalism and expertise at every level. Offering a full range of obstetrics and gynecology services from your initial exam to childbirth and through menopause and beyond, our goal is to offer patient centered medical care based on mutual trust and communication.
New patients and returning patients will have several forms to fill out upon arrival. Prior to your visit, you can go to our website's Forms and click on the forms that apply to you, fill them out and bring them to your visit. This will save time at check-in.
Effective January 1, 2023:
- Face coverings are optional in our office.
- For patient safety, we will continue to practice social distancing.
No children or guests are allowed in exam rooms except:
- Newborns (8 weeks and younger) in carriers
- One adult guest for the first new OB visit & OB ultrasounds only (Guest is allowed in our lobby only if seating is available.)

Leon W. Lewis MD, FACOGDr. Lewis received his medical degree from New York Medical College, in 1993 and completed his residency in OB/GYN at Brookdale Medical Center in 1997. He is a diplomat of The American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He open Leon W. Lewis MD. P.C., in 2004 and specializes in providing OB-GYN for the last 24 years.
